EMPLOYEE FAMILY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Why, What, and How of your EFAP.
Dedicated:
To quality professional counselling and support for your employees and their family members.
Committed:

Why AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM?
Life in our society can be stressful. Many couples, families, and individuals experience difficulties at different moments of their lives. The good news is that most problems can be responded to successfully, particularly if the stress is identified early and appropriate sources of support are available.
Personal stresses can overload employees of any organization and have a profound effect upon individuals, their work capacities and performance. The challenges may be related to relationship or family conflicts, personal well-being, relationship or family challenges, or adjustment to particularly difficult life situations.
What AN EFAP CAN DO FOR YOU?
The Victoria Family Institute EFAP s a set of professional counselling services designed to assist employees and members of their families with personal and stressful life issues and challenges that may appear in their lives.
